Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping — 7–20 business days
- Express Shipping — 5–10 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping method.
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled through our supplier network and may ship via AliExpress standard shipping, ePacket, or other international carriers depending on the product and supplier location. Final domestic delivery is typically handled by USPS.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to become active and update.
Split Shipments If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different suppliers and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Customs & Import Fees As some orders ship internationally from our supplier warehouses, occasional customs delays may occur. Any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed or Lost Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue promptly.
